At Guizio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
